SPECIALIZED NEUROLOGICAL REHABILITATION
LSVT-BIG THERAPY
The LSVT-BIG program is a research-based exercise protocol specifically designed to help people with Parkinson’s disease and other neurological conditions. By focusing on high-amplitude movements, we help you recalibrate your body’s perception of movement to improve speed, balance, and quality of life.

Program Benefits
Improved Balance
LSVT-BIG training significantly reduces the risk of falls by retuning your sensory awareness and core stability during large-scale movements.
Greater Mobility
The program helps you regain a faster walking speed and larger step length, allowing you to navigate your home and community with more confidence.
ADL Independence
By improving movement amplitude, we help you perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) like dressing and buttoning shirts with greater ease.

The LSVT-BIG Intensity
LSVT-BIG is an intensive, evidence-based program designed to improve major motor skills through high-effort movement. Participants should expect a high-intensity commitment of 16 sessions over a single month—four individual 60-minute sessions per week for four consecutive weeks. This rigorous schedule, combined with daily home practice, is essential for recalibrating your brain's perception of movement and achieving lasting results.
Who Benefits From LSVT-BIG?
Specifically designed for Parkinson’s and other neurological conditions, LSVT-BIG is most effective during the early to middle stages of diagnosis. It is ideal for individuals experiencing stiffness, balance issues, or a decrease in movement size. By targeting the neurological system's ability to recalibrate movement, we help patients reclaim their mobility and independence.
